New West Virginia Rule Will Apply to Youth Work Permits

Oregon Sick Leave Allowed for Evacuations, Heat and Air Quality

The Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries has issued a final rule expanding employee sick time under state law to cover leave for evacuation orders and dangerous air quality and heat. The rule took effect on April 1, 2022. It replaces a similar, temporary rule that expired in January.
